Unlike other repair shops we look at the actual condition of your car. We listen to you describe the problem(s) you are having with your car. We pay attention to every detail you give about your car and we will inquire about your experience. We then use the most advanced diagnostic tools to discover the truth of what is causing your car to have problems.
How is that different? European Car Repair knows the schedule maintenance your car requires does not always match the actual condition of your car. How you drive it, where you drive your car, and who you let drive your car matters to its actual condition. We use the actual condition of your car as the starting point on your map to get your European engineered auto back to providing you that European driving experience. That starts by repairing and maintaining what is needed on your Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Mini, Jaguar, or Volkswagen.

Our technicians at European Car Repair have almost a half-century of combined service experience, utilizing the same diagnostic and repair equipment that the Mercedes and BMW dealership use. With that in mind, let us assure you that we will only sell you services and checkups that your car needs and nothing more than what you request.We proudly offer both Single and Double Wrench service on all Mercedes including maintenance types A through D. Whether your Mercedes needs a large repair job such as a new transmission or cooling system, or you are simply unsure why your “check engine” light is on, European Car Repair strives to keep your car in top condition.We offer the same passion and services for our BMW and Mini owners as we do for Mercedes. As with Mercedes, we own and operate the same Mini and BMW computers and service equipment that your dealership uses for their service jobs. We are fully certified for BMW’s factory-recommended Services I and II in addition to BMW factory oil service.
As certified members of the Mercedes and BMW family, we use Mercedes Genuine and Original BMW car parts for all our jobs at every available opportunity. In addition to offering licensed Mercedes and BMW service, we are also fully capable of servicing any other European or luxury car brand.
All our work is fully guaranteed for two years and 24,000 miles. Most dealerships will offer only a twelve month guarantee on their service.
